By renting a laptop from Nexues IT Works Pvt Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The rental period begins on the date the laptop is delivered or picked up by the customer and ends on the agreed return date.
Extension of the rental period can be requested in advance, subject to availability and additional charges.
Rental charges are payable as per the contract.
Rental will be based on Pro-rata usage.
Late returns may incur additional charges, as outlined in our pricing policy.
A security deposit may be required to cover potential damages or loss of equipment.
The security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days after the laptop is returned in satisfactory condition.
The rented laptop is for the customer's personal use only and must not be subleased or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The customer is responsible for any data or software installed during the rental period.
The customer is responsible for the care of the laptop during the rental period.
Any damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the customer.
The laptop must be returned in the same condition as when rented, including all accessories and components.
The customer is responsible for returning the equipment on or before the agreed-upon return date and in the provided packaging.
Nexues IT Works Pvt Ltd. is not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from the use of our rental laptops.
Reservation cancellations must be made 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute cancellations.
Nexues IT Works Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the customer violates the terms and conditions.
Nexues IT Works Pvt Ltd. collects and uses customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to New Delhi Jurisdiction only, and any disputes will be resolved within New Delhi Jurisdiction only.
Nexues IT Works Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
